GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES - I / We the applicants agree that Chiefland Market, LLC its agents, officers and/or employees, shall not be held liable for property damage or personal injury to the exhibitor, its agents or employees which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. I/We the applicants waive any claim against Chiefland Market, LLC. and assume all liability for loss or damage to applicant’s property entrusted to the premises. I/We agree to hold Chiefland Market, LLC. harmless and agree to indemnify Chiefland Market, LLC. against any all liability and expenses arising out of any claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney fees. I/We understand that all items brought to the flea market are subject to approval, and that Chiefland Market, LLC reserves the right to inspect, approve, or deny the items at any time. I/We understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances. NOTE: The following items/brands are not permitted to be sold, displayed or stored at this location unless you provide us with a valid licensing agreement from the company/brand: COACH, Signature C Design, Coach Lozenge, Horse & Carriage Logo, LOUS VUITTON, Prada, Gucci, Chanel, Burberry, LV, Toile Monogram, Cartier, Celine, Hermes, Tiffany, Roger Dubuis, Hublot, Nike, Adidas, Apple, Levi’s, Louis Vuitton Paris & Louis Vuitton Malletier A Paris. I/We the applicants agree that the sale or purchase of counterfeit items is strictly prohibited as they are counterfeit, and to sell or purchase counterfeit items is a violation of the law. I/We the applicant(s) further agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by Chiefland Market, LLC and understand that the rules and regulations can change from time to time with out notice.
